No. Memberships are billed annually and can be canceled at any time. If benefits have already been used, refunds are not available.
Can I transfer my membership if I move?
We’re happy to transfer your membership to a new homeowner or apply any remaining credit to your new address—just let us know.
Do you cover homes with multiple systems?
Yes. Our Premium Plan is designed for homes with two or more HVAC systems. We’ll make sure every system gets serviced on schedule.

What happens if my system breaks down while I’m a member?
