I just had Tokay Heating & Air out to work on my HVAC system. The service technician, John called me prior to arriving and was extremely polite. When he approached the door, he put on booties to keep from possibly staining our carpets. We had great service and would recommend them to anyone. John was able to quickly diagnose the problem and get the system up and running.

The customer contacted us here at Tokay after their unit of 35 years went out in their home. We set up to have one of our highly trained comfort advisors to come out and meet with the Curtis family to go over all their options. After we had established the problem they decided to move forwards with our Premiere Lennox products XC17 air conditioner and EL296V heater. We upgraded them to a gas storage water heater and replaced their ducting in home as well. With final touches we installed a iComfort S30 programmable touchscreen thermostat. Really loving the great work we take so personal, we love not only hearing but seeing positive feedback from our customers!

I called Tokay after getting a seriously high repair estimate from another local company. I explained my repair dilemma to the owner and the price quoted by the local competitor. He asked some simple questions about my broken motor and dispatched a tech. Nathan arrived and repaired the unit for less than half the cost of the estimate provided by the other company. Needless to say, I will be calling Tokay for all service in the future.. Thanks for the honesty and prompt service.

Our 37 year old heating and air-conditioning unit finally gave up the ghost. We called Tokay on Monday morning and they sent someone out that day to see if it could be repaired. It could not. We began to call various people to get quotes on a new unit but no one could come out until the next day. Tokay came back that afternoon, gave us a quote and said they could install the next morning! They came right on time the next morning, took out our old unit, put in a new unit. Since our old one was so very old it was not an easy process but everyone worked hard and got the job done and we had heat before the sun went down. They were professional, friendly and left our garage cleaner than it has been in a long time. We would give them more stars if we could. Use them! You will not regret it!!
